This 2 hour in-person appointment exam includes:  Detailed health history with review of completed intake forms brought to this visit  A detailed review of your lab results with critical values discussed  A written laboratory report.  A customized plan tailored to your specific needs. $249 - 2 hours 15 min *Note Lab Analysis will be completed independently before this appointment can be scheduled. Instructions given in Discovery Call. Estimated additional cost of $275 for Labwork to be paid by client.
